My suggestion is for everyone here to file a complaint w/the FCC against Verizon - There are so many of us that have never received their return box and label tor return their equipment back to Verizon. But i bet we all received the 200 bill for the equipment w/the problem right????
unreal the customer service = I'M so glad to be done w/them - i just want to get rid of this rectangle piece of JUNK........ CAN YOU HEAR ME NOW????????
