We have been customers for 3 months now! 3 months with no issues! None! But now today it stopped working we called in to find out why and they said that our box has a GPS lock? And that our address isn't available for service even though we were told something different and have been using it for 3 months! Our neighbors even use the same service and they are having no issues! I also find it fishy how this happens right after we received our Nintendo switch from the promo. No representative we have talked to on the phone seems to know what to do they just say that we can't and won't have Internet now...
when we work from home! We need Internet!
