What the heck is going on. I'm now on my 3rd 5g home box. Service works for a few months then again with the extremely slow speeds. The most frustrating part is when tech support treats you like you have no idea how to use the Internet . Did you restart your box? Did you move your box? Did you do something to effect the speed.NO YOUR SERVICE is horrible and you fail to make it right. This is truly unfair that we pay pay and pay and the service provided is just horrible. 23454 is the zip code. You should stop offering service if you just can't handle it. Can you tell I'm angry? Now I have to call and spend another hour on the phone deciphering the language of someone in the middle east only to transfer me to higher level after an hour.
