Recently I had to replace my ASK 1338 FA Gateway because it was overheating.
Verizon sent me a replacement Gateway model WNCCR200A. When I first received the new gateway everything was working as I expected it to.. However, late last week when I visited the Verizon website to run a speedtest I noticed that I was unable to do that. The SPEEDTEST button and the button to the right of the speedtest button were both grayed out. The real weird thing is that my 5g Internet and wifi appear to be working flawlessly so far. After I noticed this I changed the ethernet cable to see if that would solve the problem , Unfortunately that did not solve that particular issue, but it did make my Internet connection stronger and more stable.
