Account Access

I am having trouble with my account access. I placed an order on chat for the 5G home internet. The device arrived, but I was not able to activate it via the web/app. So I called in and it was activated. They said I would have access to the app and web. I tried a few days later, still nothing. Called in and they said it can take up to 4 daysโ€ฆ. The problem I have is when I login to the account with my user name, it asks me to agree to the terms. Which I do. Then it takes me to a section called here is your order. It just shows order information. I can click view details. If I click the three horizontal bars top right, and go to- account-  account overview, it just takes right back to agree to the terms again. Just a big circle. This happens on both the web, and app. I have tried support, but they seem to just tell me to keep waiting. Itโ€™s been almost 15 days. Theyโ€™ve also had me try registering it with the number and that fails, due to it already being added to an accountโ€ฆ.  Ideas?
