I am having trouble with my account access. I placed an order on chat for the 5G home internet. The device arrived, but I was not able to activate it via the web/app. So I called in and it was activated. They said I would have access to the app and web. I tried a few days later, still nothing. Called in and they said it can take up to 4 days…. The problem I have is when I login to the account with my user name, it asks me to agree to the terms. Which I do. Then it takes me to a section called here is your order. It just shows order information. I can click view details. If I click the three horizontal bars top right, and go to- account-  account overview, it just takes right back to agree to the terms again. Just a big circle. This happens on both the web, and app. I have tried support, but they seem to just tell me to keep waiting. It’s been almost 15 days. They’ve also had me try registering it with the number and that fails, due to it already being added to an account….  Ideas?

Resolution Update: The original poster was advised to visit one of our corporate stores with a valid ID to help complete account verification.

 

If others encounter similar problems with My Verizon access for a 5G Home Internet account, common factors can include temporary lock outs, incorrect credentials, or system errors.
