Get this error when trying to submit by ACP benefit

Same thing is going on with me except they approved my ACP application ID with Verizon and sent me confirmation letter stating that it will be reflected in my bill in 2 to 3 billing periods. 2 days later an email stating that the USAC has determined I'm not eligible and have been removed from program . I called ACP's customer service through the government website and my application is still approved waiting for a service carrier to sign me up. I called USAC because according to Verizon they claimed USAC did it but they have no idea what's going on and not a single person from Verizon had any idea how to look at my account and confirm whether I am enrolled for 30 dollar discount or not. They have no idea and expect me to wait three months and maybe it will show up in my bill and by that time if it doesn't I'll never get discounted again

Hello, DoneByJo. Help is here. Just to confirm, are you having issues submitting this on the ACP site or the Verizon site?
