I signed up for Home Internet. Cancelled it 10 days later because it stinks and I couldn’t complete the registration and the website was not helpful at all. Contacted customer service, but because I didn’t complete the registration and didn’t have the receipt with account information, they wouldn’t help me. After losing my cool and offering anything else to prove I am who I am, the rep said to take it to the nearest UPS store (40 miles away) and they would help ship it back. No offer of a return kit. No address to send it back at my expense. Website lists nothing for an address and I’m extremely frustrated. If they could email to me, that would be helpful. I’m flying blind here without an resolve
