They deleted my complaint. I've been on the phone several times now. I have recorded phone calls. I was told that I could get a nintendo switch and to choose between a Chromebook and a target gift. I had the representative clarify on the phone that I was understanding that correctly. These call a are recorded. Verizon does not stand by its word. They made a "ticket" and closes without my knowledge. They promised me a call back and they didn't. You are falsely advertising this promotion atleast own up to your mistake. Your ads litterally say, I have emails, "you are eligible for a nintendo switch" and than "bonus offer, also included you may choose between a target gift card or a chromebook". Never does it say you choose between the 3. No one has resolved. They've been giving me the run around. The least you can do is own up to your mistake and fix it.
