After one month, still no services available, What should I do? Thank you,

Dear Verizon Customers,

Any suggestions you could provide, thank you,

One month after the initial report, I still have no service, phone signal, DSL internet, etc. I reported the issue on 28 January 2025; now it is 28 February 2025. Still, no service. They came in that week, and the foreman explained that the issue is to be resolved outside the residence; it is the responsibility of the cable crew division.

I contacted Verizon Support and the Headquarters by phone and email.  The issue clearly understood: cable issues.

I live in an urban area two blocks from a Major Verizon Hub.  

I am puzzled and concerned; none of the representatives, the Support, the Headquarters, etc, cannot provide any possible estimation of time.

Should I wait another month?  -- Two months?Three months? Etc.

Are there any reasons why they avoid answering?

I have never encountered this issue with any companies I have dealt with.

I am with Verizon for about 23+ years as a customer. I am an ordinary customer,
