I am unable to redeem my $200 gift card. Once I select the offer it keeps taking me back to the same screen  instead of directing me to accept terms to get the card!

Babe0120, sorry you're having some trouble trying to redeem the gift card. A couple suggestions I can offer to help. First it does need to be redeemed by the Account Owner or Manager via My VZ. Another is, make sure the email you're using is verified with us. Since the promotion works via sending you the Amazon card via your VZ email, it's good to make sure it's correct and verified. And finally it's never a bad idea to sign-out, clear cache and cookies, and then sign-in to attempt to claim it. Give those a try and if you need help let us know.

Hi John, 

I also had this issue and it looks like it may have been that my email wasn’t verified. Will the gift card automatically resend once verified or are other steps needed to get that once verification is complete?

Margotdelancey, sorry to read that you are experiencing redemption issues as well, but we are glad to see that you were able to verify your email since that could impact redemption. Can you share if you have already completed the below steps? If not, can you try the listed steps and let us know the outcome?

 

1 Sign in to My Verizon (online or app).
2 Navigate to the My Verizon account page.
3 Click on Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile under Make the Most of Your Plans.

Result: The customer is taken to the page to choose Amazon.com Gift Card. 

4 Do the following under the Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile:

Review and accept the Terms & Conditions by checking the box.
Click Select.
Result: The customer is directed to the Blackhawk website to redeem the offer.

5 Follow instructions to complete the order.

Note: Customers must verify email address

Thanks John - I did go through those steps on Jan 20th so when I try to do that now it says I already redeemed it (but never received the email, since it wasn’t verified). 

The page does seem a bit buggy on mobile and I’ve been getting errors on several Verizon web browser pages, would it be possible to retrigger the email somehow or clear the previous redemption so I could go through those steps again.
