I'm having trouble redeeming the $200 Amazon Gift Card following the instructions in my email saying "Thanks for making the switch to Verizon Home Internet. We’re happy to let you know that your purchase makes you eligible for a Amazon Echo Show 10 or a $200 Amazon.com Gift Card."
There was no "Exclusive Home offers" tile under "Make the most of your plans". I only can see "Explore Services & Perks" and "Your next phone could be on us". I tried to contact the live agent, but the problem wasn't solved.
