It has been a constant run around from support about the Amazon gift card and Xbox promo. I have been told multiple dates that I should have an email by or see the tile in my account by. All those dates have come and gone and I have been given another date that I will have it by. All the issues I have had and what I am seeing others are having I am beginning to think this is all just a trick on us and we won’t be getting these items we were enticed with.

fast reply to begin with when i posted issues. but it was left that there was going to be a follow up a week later from our chat on 2/6. and i never received a follow up. a physical confirmation email that these items were claimed and coming would be great, instead of being told to wait 4-6 weeks to see something.
