We would love to help Aup14. What have you done to redeem? Have you tried these steps?
1 Sign in to My Verizon (online or app).
2 Navigate to the My Verizon account page.
3 Click on Get your choice on us: Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd Generation) or $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile under Make the Most of Your Plans.
Result: The customer is taken to the page to choose either the Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd Generation) or $200 Amazon.com Gift Card.
4 Do the following under the $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile:
Review and accept the Terms & Conditions by checking the box.
Click Select.
Result: The customer is directed to the Blackhawk website to redeem the offer.
5 Follow instructions to complete the order.

I’ve already done those steps and received an email to redeem. It then said I would receive another email in 24-48 hours. That was on Monday, 12/18/2023. I have not received any follow-up email and there is no record of me redeeming the offer on My Verizon. Please Help. This is getting real old and taking too much of my time.

I was told I would get the offer for the gift card when I switched my interest to Verizon, but I never received an email or anything about it. It doesn’t show on my account page either. Kinda upset that I was told I would receive this perk and it’s not showing
