Signed up on 11/30 for 5g home plus. Was told by the rep that I qualify for the $200 Amazon gift card. The sign up email confirmed this. To date I have not received any email about redeeming the offer. There is no tile on the website or in the app to redeem the offer. I am getting quite frustrated.
