I got my home 5g internet plus activated, the next day I received an email saying to register within 60 days, which I do on the Verizon website, I got my tracking number and the rebate tracking site says I should received it 24-48 hours after registering. Problem is, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING it’s been 4 days and nothing! Why would it say 24-48hrs? Making me check everyday, it’s starting to make me mentally exhausted. What is wrong with you Verizon! I contacted support and all they said it is still pending. . At this point I don’t think I am getting it. This is called switch and bait, it is a very illegal business practice!
