Another customer with Xbox series X/$200 promo issues

I am yet another customer with promotion issues. I can not find the Xbox series X promo anywhere. I can see the Amazon redemption button, and the $100 vzw rebate has been filed, but I have no email about the Xbox or anywhere to redeem it, both in app and on web browser. I have confirmed with a live agent that I qualified for the Xbox/gc/vzw gc promo. I have chatted, called, and even put in a ticket for this issue. I love the blazing fast service but am thoroughly frustrated with this matter. Please any help would be appreciated.

We're sorry to read that you have not gotten the offer for the Xbox. You stated that a ticket was submitted for this issue, when was this submitted? ~Peter

January 4th according to the Verizon employee I spoke with today. She put in another ticket today.

From what I read here, VZW ran out of Xbox units. That is okay and I understand if this is the case. But not notifying customers is a bigger issue. I was contemplating bringing my cell over to Verizon, but I may not now. Do you have any knowledge of this situation? Online your potential customers are talking about this becoming endemic in your company with regards to promotions. I hope this is not the case.

Mimosa8762, we are sorry to read about your continued redemption issues and we understand your concern. If a ticket was submitted on 1/19/24, it can take between 5-10 business days for that ticket to be reviewed and processed. Once it is completed, you would receive and email to your email address on your account with next steps. We are working hard to ensure our customers promotion concerns are addressed as quickly as possible.

Same issue over here. I've been trying to get my gift card since NOVEMBER. After tons of back and forth, was told Amazon gift card has unfixable error and I will receive a Verizon gift card instead - fine. Got the email that "Itโ€™s time to claim your offer from Verizon. "  When I go to the site, the Gift Card tile exists but is literally unlinked. There is 0 information about the card, 0 way to access it, I'm stuck in the abyss just like the Amazon offer.  Has anyone out there ever received the promised award??
