HELP! I switched to Verizon about two days ago, thinking that everything will work since I had Xfinity and I have a 2000 Mp through Xfinity and Apollo was working fine. I switched over to Verizon and have a 300 mp and now my Apollo TV is just buffering. It’s still downloads the app, but it does not play the movie. I do not know what to do. I’m about to switch back over to Xfinity and just lower my megapixels because this is ridiculous.
I know how important it is for my streaming apps to work at home, Shayla0724. The last thing I would want to see is for you to leave us, and I am here to help. Does this also happen with other streaming applications or just Apollo TV? What results do you get when performing a speed test?
