I've had to get a number of routers due to continuing to lose access (long story)
With my newest router, while I was able to hook it up with any issues, the home & verizon app are both unable to detect no matter what.
Ive reset it endlessly, hard reset. Which again leaves me with net access but no ability to connect to app whay so ever to manage it.
Everytime I have spoke with Verizon, regardless of explaining everything, every single time, the only solution I'm given is " oh it must be faulty"
In being my 4th router in a matter of months, its not a defective device concern that I have. However as a customer, none of my concerns or suggestions matter, they know everything. With every phone call, chat exceeding hours
Anyone have any logical information as to suggestions, things to look for or try? Any help info would be greatly appreciated
