I have had the 5G service since September 23, 2023. The hoops I had to jump through to just get an order confirmation… I talked with at least 8 reps via the chat and on the phone between November 27 and January 17. Every single one assured me that the problem was resolved and that I would have my HomePod soon. The last one then told me that the HomePod was back ordered but that he would expedite the order so that I would receive the HomePod before the end of the month of January. I’ve Googled “Verizon HomePod back ordered” every day since and have yet to see anything other than the HomePod being “In stock”. When I check my orders, Verizon says my device has been ordered and it shipping will be updated soon. It also says that I have 2-day shipping. It’s been 34 days since my last contact with Verizon regarding this. It’s been nearly 4 months since I was supposed to receive this product. Verizon has done what it has always done and promised something great while asking for more money for a service. When will I receive my product, Verizon? What is going to be done to make this right because simply giving me the product 4 months late is not good enough.
