Got the 5G home internet for more than 2 months already.
Verizon promised to offer a HomePod or a 200 dollar gift card after using their service for this long, and they did send me an email to redeem the offer.
But the problem is when you go to look for the offer that they tell you to get on either the app or the website, it's NOT there.
What a mastermind, Verizon, good for you!

I have the exact same issue. I've been using the service for more than 65 days, yet no email or ability on Verizon.com to redeem the offer. Can't say I'm shocked.

Not a lot to discuss that I haven’t discussed with FIVE other people “helping” me. Sorry if I don’t want to spend another hour on the phone for no reason .
Honor the deal you promised me, or credit my account at least $200, or I will leave Verizon and do my best to damage its reputation. Although from what I’ve read on the forums it seems like Verizon has already done a pretty good job of damaging it itself with not honored promise after not honored promise.

I have had the 5G service since September 23, 2023. The hoops I had to jump through to just get an order confirmation… I talked with at least 8 reps via the chat and on the phone between November 27 and January 17. Every single one assured me that the problem was resolved and that I would have my HomePod soon. The last one then told me that the HomePod was back ordered but that he would expedite the order so that I would receive the HomePod before the end of the month of January. I’ve Googled “Verizon HomePod back ordered” every day since and have yet to see anything other than the HomePod being “In stock”. When I check my orders, Verizon says my device has been ordered and it shipping will be updated soon. It also says that I have 2-day shipping. It’s been 34 days since my last contact with Verizon regarding this. It’s been nearly 4 months since I was supposed to receive this product. Verizon has done what it has always done and promised something great while asking for more money for a service. When will I receive my product, Verizon? What is going to be done to make this right because simply giving me the product 4 months late is not good enough. This was a blatantly misleading ad and false advertisement.

My 65th day of service was on November 27. With the 2-day shipping, I should have received the HomePod on November 29. I have been waiting on my Apple HomePod for 84 days.

Same here. My Internet service started in Oct 2023.
I have contacted 3 customer service by phone, and they promised to make the order for me and ship it in 10 - 15 business days every time. I am still waiting to receive something.
There is no order number, tracking number or case number.
Is this whole promotion a fraud?
