I've got to say that verizon has been the single worst experience I've ever had in all my days of bill paying. Not only did I have to pay an extra $170 then apparently get a credit of $179 for their mistake of not properly charging my account. Now I'm told that it pretty much never happened.... how do you explain the 40+ min call I had with the representative & supervisor taking me through how I was getting credited??? As of rn I would not recommend verizon for anything
