I've got to say that verizon has been the single worst experience I've ever had in all my days of bill paying. Not only did I have to pay an extra $170 then apparently get a credit of $179 for their mistake of not properly charging my account. Now I'm told that it pretty much never happened.... how do you explain the 40+ min call I had with the representative & supervisor taking me through how I was getting credited??? As of rn I would not recommend verizon for anything

MR_TINY We definitely want to help you out with your concern. So you were told you were getting the charges credited, then the credit was never set up on the account? ~Peter
