So I was attempting to work on moving my ASK-NCQ1338FA in the window for signal strength, and it accidentally fell over on top of a box with the top facing where the 5G tower is. My signal strength went from -110 to -101 without being in the window!
So If you are having signal strength issues, use the Verizon app so you know where your tower is - and then set the router sideways with the top facing where the tower is, with the front (LED side) facing downward. It's not even in the window anymore and I accidentally improved my signal strength by over 10dB!
