I need help from support regarding pending charges on my account. I have reached out multiple times to support and was told everything was corrected but charges are still pending and I am concerned my credit is going to be affected.

Good news, your credit is unlikely to be affected, but we'd be more than happy to provide you with a status update on the pending charges. How long have the charges been on your account? Did we provide a time frame for the correction?
