I'm been trying to talk to a. Live customer service reps from billing about my account but I can't find any number to call and if I do not answer they all want to email or text or go to virtual I don't want to do that I don't like to text cuz no one understands I want to talk to a live representative especially about my money nobody's coming back to me it's been over 3 weeks now this is ridiculous human interaction I'm just ready to say forget it and drop it I think it's Sue me for that contract I don't care because I'm just had trouble since then day one with these guys if anyone else having that problem too

Three weeks is certainly too long to be waiting on help for a billing concern, Bigkathy60-. I know I would be frustrated if I were having the same problem. I know you prefer not to discuss this in a text format, and we're happy to help right here if you change your mind.
