I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH AWEFUL SERVICE.  

7 DAYS OF REPEATED AGENTS. 

 


SCHEDULED CALLS - IN WHICH NO ONE CALLED ME. 

 

SENT ME A REPLACEMENT 5G UNIT - AND NO EXTENDER AS PROMISED.  STILL NO SERVICE. 

 

WILL BE CANCELLING ALL FAMILY PLANS.  

 

COMPLETE CHAT BOT - AI I- AND NO PERSONAL CARE AT ALL.

I’m having the same exact problem! Lost our internet service in May. Took days to get someone out to fix it (after numerous attempts at unplugging and rebooting). Now  same problem!  Can’t get anyone to answer a phone or live person in chat! It’s utterly ridiculous!
