Same issue here. Purchased the 5G Home Plus internet plan and was supposed to receive a $100 Verizon gift card and $400 off Samsung appliances at Home Depot. I've talked to multiple support reps...they have all "escalated" the issue, but I still don't have my Samsung appliance promo code. Did anyone actually receive it and was able to use it? Seems like false advertisement. I've been a Verizon Wireless customer for over 10 years. Beyond frustrated

Well as you can read below, like the other customer, I have spent hours working on this with Verizon agents that all told me that it was going to be solved in 7 to 10 business days so I told you that it was being handled it has not been handled. I can’t even get the email. Please give me a solution. This is ridiculous.

I was just looking for mine and same issue - i don't see any way to redeem the offer - its not listed anywhere, so it really does seem like a fake promotion to me, or at the very least, .making it tough to redeem so they don't need to hand them out

I am also running into this same issue since august - I have waited the allotted time and have spoken with MANY reps both on chat and over the phone. All assure me they are the THE ONE to solve my request and get me the promo and to call back in 3-5 or 7-10 business days to allow proper processing time of their escalation. Still not promo code. I got as far as getting the email from Verizon with the promo code to redeem for the Samsung promo code. Now I have been on chat support for over 3 hours today (can't call out on the phone currently) and have been connected to 4 different agents and each starts the entire chat over basically and no one seems to be able to understand wha tI need. All escalate the issue. Very frustrated.

We want to make sure that you're able that you get all eligible promotions as promised. Are you able to check your original Order Complete email from your qualifying purchase and scroll to the very bottom to see if there's a redemption link available?

As of today I was supposed to get an email this past Saturday and once again I received nothing but empty promises. It’s a joke.

Did issue ever got solved? My promo said redeem on or before 6/27/2025 . I wanted to redeem the promo at 7:30 pm on 06/27/2025 but the link had disappeared. I contacted the supported they escalated my issue as well . Now I don’t know how long to wait.
