I've been trying to host a server on my laptop through my G3100 router but for the life of me I cannot get port forwarding to work. Many years ago when I was a dumb child I was able to get it work and I think we had Verizon back then too. I've checked about a dozen other threads here and tried what they say the solutions are but it never worked. I've made the rules on both my router page (pictured below) and my windows firewall. I've spent about 5 hours over 2 days trying everything I could. If anyone knows what the issue could be I would greatly appreciate it.
