I have the option to redeem, when I submit the choice the system Errors out. I have a screen shot.

LL408, I'm sorry you've been having trouble with the Amazon promotion. To help out, can you confirm for me what you purchased to qualify yourself for the promo? Was it a 5G Home internet device, or did you get FIOS home/residential service?
