When I was signing up for the 5g internet I was offered either a Samsung TV or a Meta Quest. I chose the meta quest and the app showed that I can redeem it on the 29th. On the 29th clicking on the tile took me to an error page and now on the 30th it’s not even there any more. I never expected Verizon to be offering something when signing up but not holding up their end of the deal. This is ridiculous!!

We also signed up for home internet and were offered the same time. I asked in the store about when we can get the MetaQuest and he said it takes a month. I have never received anything and I checked back in all my emails and communications with Verizon.
