I’ve never been more frustrated with a service. My significant other and I recently had a baby and had to move back to Texas for family support. We couldn’t transfer the service since the area we moved to doesn’t allow Verizon. I not only chatted the live agent to cancel my service, I also had a phone call to confirm. During the cancellation process of my requesting to end my service immediately, I missed a chat from the agent asking when I wanted to cancel after answering many questions, after I thought I had already made my point clear that I was cancelling. They decided since the chat went idle, they would just keep my service going. When I referenced the phone call, the agent said I would have to call in and request the recording to prove that I cancelled my service. I’m in shock with how awful of a process it is to cancel the service, I will highly recommend people to never use Verizon. All to swindle me in to another $40 for the month of March, I’m in shock.
