I cannot pay my bill. No link I have been sent has worked. My bill is now past due, and I have absolutely no way to even pay it. It says the sever for Verizon cannot be found when clicking anything to do with the Verizon home internet.
We're sorry to read you're having issues with making your payments. Are you using the Verizon app? Did you already register your account for access?
