I signed up for Verizon 5G Home Internet and was told I could redeem a $200 Target gift but when I follow the directions to redeem the link just doesn’t exist!

Yes I received the confirmation email and follow the links to redeem but there is no “ home offers” under “make the most of your plan” the link is not there
