I’ve been waiting 65 days to redeem my offer, only to face constant errors now that it’s eligible. I’ve been trying all day without success, and chat support couldn’t solve the issue. This is incredibly frustrating! I need a solution immediately. Has anyone else dealt with this?

I had the same problem. I got the email saying I was eligible to claim the promo, I follow the link and select the nintendo switch, it get the error code saying there was a problem adding the switch to my account and to try again later. The issue has been going on since the 13th when I got the email. Ive called in to customer service twice now with no results, one person even hung up on me.
