I used the chat feature for 2 hours last night and have been on hold for two hours this morning and have not been able to get support.
Somehow an unknown line/phone number became associated with my home internet account. I am trying to order an extender for my 5G Wi-Fi which is INCLUDED in my plan for free. This means I am already paying for it. I have been unable to order this extender because I need to receive a text to confirm a new shipping address, but I do not have access to receive texts at the phone number associated with my account.
I am very frustrated with this customer service experience, and if I cannot get support, I will need to find other internet provider options, and I advise anyone else to do the same.
