Cant link account to app

Spent hours on the app a couple of weeks ago getting various issues straightened out (return of old equipment, gift card issues, and a few other things). When I was done, I closed the app for a minute then reopened it to check something and got an error. Tried on the website and saw something about unlinking my email. I clicked that thinking to relink it and fix the issue. Huge mistake. I can log in with my email and password now but I can't link my account. Every time I try, it takes me through account number then zip and pin then it tells me I will recieve a letter to the service adress with some code or something. It's been roughly 3 weeks now and I haven't received anything.

Everything is up to date but I can't acess anything in the app or on the webpage. Everytime I log on, it takes me through the "link your account" thing and that's it.
