Unable to retrieve login info

I have been trying to login and register on the Verizon website for over a month and there doesn’t seem to be any resolution. I keep calling that Verizon helpdesk and even they tell me they can’t help me. I’m supposed to be getting a discount for auto pay, but I can’t set it up because I can’t get on the website. I need someone to call me and tell me what to do
I have tried that numerous times and it does not work. It keeps telling me it must be registered by the account owner. I am the account owner
