am a new Verizon 5G home internet user and do not have Verizon mobile phone service. Whenever I try to log in to the My Verizon app on my phone, it sends a verification code to a phone number associated with my 5G home gateway device, not the cell phone number I have listed for myself in my account—obviously this means I am not able to log in, as I have no way to get that code.
And on my account i can not enable two factor authentication. So there is no way for me to sign in on the app. How do i fix this

If anyone else is trying to sign up for your My Verizon account and only has Verizon Home internet on the account, please start by registering with the account number or the mobile number associated with your 5G home internet. During the registration, you will be able to add your email, and then you will receive an email to confirm it and be able to use it for two-factor authentication.
