Chamberlain MyQ Garage Door Opener Camera

Having trouble connecting my Chamberlain MyQ garage door opener camera. I can operate the garage door from the MyQ app but can't connect to the camera. Have 5g home internet. Is this an ISP issue? Anyone else have this issue or a fix.

That is indeed a strange issue, Jax25. I know that I rely on my garage door camera when my children are playing outside in the driveway, so it's definitely an important tool to have. It sounds like the garage door itself is connected to Wi-Fi since you're able to operate the door through the MyQ application. This might be a bit outside our scope of support, but we can try to assist with the limited resources we may have. What, if any, error messages do you get when trying to access the camera?

Joseph- Thank you for the response. I was able to get it figured out. Camera needed to be connected to my 2.4g vs my 5g network. Works like a charm now!
