Hello . I’ve been charged 200 a month for WiFi I returned the day it arrived . When I got the ad, it said I had 30 days to try it. Found out I had to pay a person 130. To come out. So I ups the next day . I’ve chatted , and phoned since August . They’re taking out 200. Monthly in addition to 164. For phones I’ve had since 15 years ago . I have overdrawn at bank numerous months due to their lack of care . After 17 hours of chat / calls / went to 3 Verizon PDX stores . All said “
can’t help you “ got a no . No one answers or replied .
filled claim with the fcc . Still am being ripped off 200. A month . No groceries , now . 15 year customer .
