In August, I purchased 5G Home Internet, canceled the account within 2 weeks, and returned the modem before the 30-day period. I am being charged $115.62 for a service I did not receive. Since the money was taken out of my checking account on 10/1 and my service is now disconnected, I am told Verizon does not have ANY information about my account. What kind of operation is this????? Pathetic!!!!!
