I have been on chat since last night, so approximately 19 hours. I have dealt with 5 agents, all of which have disconnected with me. Two of them made it so my messages would not go through. I have never been lied to and treated so poorly as a customer. This has been an absolutely horrendous experience and very disappointing on Verizon's behalf. Customer service must not be a priority!
