Chromebook & SWITCH Promo for 5g Home internet

Hi I have activated my 5G internet on Nintindo switch and Chromebook Promo. Its been more than 70 days that I have activated and I have received email to redeem the offer but I dont see any redeem Tile on my account. I have reached out to agent over the chat and they have raised the request and escalation forms but I didnt hear anything back. 

I see lots of discussion on the same. Why is this is a problem. How can I redeem my offer.

I am having this same issue!! I have a tile to redeem my Chromebook but when I click on it, it takes me to a FAQs page. Iโ€™ve called Verizon 5 times and still no luck! All I want is my free Chromebook they owe me. They told me they escalated it and it could take up to 10 business days. Well Iโ€™m on day 10 and nothing!
