Does anyone know the best way to file a complaint with Verizon. I have flat out asked a rep for an address, but will not receive an answer. I couldn't find a way to submit online nor did I find an address to mail a complaint to. I have a timeline written out detailing the issue along with screenshots/attachments that I want to send.
