I'm trying to connect a WiFi printer to the network. It was connected before, but I switched to Verizon home internet and got an "Internet Gateway" router and haven't been able to detect the printer since. I've tried on my Android phone and Windows laptop. Right now, the signal strength on the printer configuration page is 0%. Can somebody point me to something to get the printer connected? Is there something I need to do in the router configuration?

The printer is a Canon Pixma MG3620. Does anybody have experience with that or something similar?

We're sorry to read that you're having issues with your printer, we'll be glad to help out. Is this happening with any other devices? Have you tried resetting the printer and connecting it again?

I've connected two phones, a laptop and a desktop without any issues. How do I "reset" the printer?

Apologies for any confusion, as I think Freddy was replying to the other user here having a similar issue. We're you able to follow the steps to makes sure the 2.4GHz network was enabled on your router? Do you know if any of your other home devices only support a 2.4GHz network as well?

My Android phone works fine on the 2.4 G network. I don't have any devices that are restricted to that, other than the printer.

I know I would be reaching out for help with my printer as well, joncosby. I don't use mine as much as we used to, but it still gets used enough to stay connected. Let's dive into this. Thanks for sharing with us your printer make and model! What 5G gateway are you using? Do you have other 2.4GHz and 5GHz network devices connected to the gateway already?

It's an LTE Home Arcadyan, software version 3.2.0.7. So far, I have two phones, a desktop computer and a laptop computer connected without issue. I don't have any other devices to connect, other than the printer.

Thank you. Your printer seems to only work with the 2.4 GHz network. Do you have the 2.4 GHz option enabled in your router settings? You can enable it following steps similar to these on your router's admin page: https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-301480/
