Can someone explain to me why my 5G wireless Internet loses connection everyday. Today it was no less than 5 times I had no Internet. It happens everyday. Most days it quits between 7 to 9 pm for approx 5 minutes at a time. I have a tower close enough to see from my home. I am finding these interruptions of service to be quite frustrating.

Hi Melissa. I received an email that said you had a private message due me. I tried multiple times to login to the community forum to get my message and I am not being allowed to login. I have requested to change my password thinking maybe that was the problem and when I try to submit the change I receive a message that says this. How do I get back into the forum???
