Recently switched to Verizon 5G Home Internet at my local Costco warehouse. A promotion was running to receive a $250 Costco Shop Card for signing up through Costco. Purchased in-store on 3/2 and activated the service on 3/7. I am sure there is a waiting period before I can redeem. My question though, who will be sending out the shop card? Do I need to reach out to Verizon or Costco and when? I do not want to miss the window for redemption. Will there be an email or instructions on how to redeem my Costco gift card?

Congrats on the new 5G Home internet, and there is definitely some value to have with a $250 Costco Shop card offer as well. Thanks for sharing the dates when you purchased the service, and activated it. I'd be happy to outline the process for the shop card offer here for you.
The first part is a 90-day waiting period, as this is Costco's return policy. Once 90-days has passed, we authorize the shop card for processing, which can take up to 14-weeks.
Once the card is processed, you'll receive it by email at the address we have on file. This email would come from the following address: costco@digitalshopcard.costco.com
Based on your purchase date of 3/2, your 90-days would be up around 5/31, and then the 14-week processing period would be through the middle of August. If you don't see the shop card by that time, you can reach out as we have an escalation path to follow to help get the gift card.
