I wanted to provide some feedback on the Verizon rep, Voghn, who helped me at the Cincinnati store on 55 E Kemper Rd. this past weekend (12-17-23)
Voghn was one of the best Verizon reps that I have ever worked with, and I've been a Verizon customer for over 25 yrs. Voghn was extremely knoweldgable about the Verizon products and helped us find the best fit for our needs, quickly and easily. He explained things very clearly and was very patient with our questions. Voghn was very professional and polite, even though we could see the store was busy and he was helping several clients. Voghn made the whole experience very pleasant and we left the store feeling good about the purchase and our plan.
Verizon is lucky to have such an exemplary employee like Voghn (at the store located at 55 E Kemper Rd Cinci Ohio)
