I had experienced a total opposite customer services when chatting with live agents.
Agent#1 - Veronica - told me the 5g home internet autopay discount was not eligible without a phone plan. It's not true because I look up the FAQ and it clearly indicated autopay from checking + paperless met the requirement. Poor knowledge about the company plans and policies. Shouldn't be working in customer services.
Agent#2 - Jesse - get to the bottom of that and fix it right on spot. Well knowledge about it's service plans and know how to fix the issue. Absolutely outstanding agent.
