My phone cannot make or receive calls since updating my plan to 15GB. I and callers get announcement 19. Verizon's chat service does not work, sending troubleshooting requests does nothing (no response) and I obviously cannot call to resolve the issue since the issue is that I cannot call.
Before I cancel this non-service and go to another carrier, I'd like to give Customer service one more chance, but have no idea how to actually contact Verizon Customer Service.
